New Issues in Refugee Research: Comprehensive Plans of Action

The latest paper in UNHCR's working paper series, New Issues in Refugee Research, is entitled "Comprehensive Plans of Action: Insights from CIREFCA and the Indochinese CPA," by Alexander Betts.

The CIREFCA and CPA plans of action are reproduced as follows in the International Journal of Refugee Law, back issues of which are made available in full-text through Forced Migration Online:
