I have posted previously about journal indexes and databases, here and here. A few additional resources that have come to my attention include:
CiteULike - http://www.citeulike.org/journals- Allows you to search both journal titles and journal contents and provides links to document delivery services.
FreeFullText.com - http://www.freefulltext.com/- This service lists and links to over 7000 journal titles that make some content available for free online. For many, it might just be one free sample issue, but other titles provide the complete full-text for free. Note that you may need to first register with the publisher before you can access the free content.
Open J-Gate - http://www.openj-gate.com - This database provides access to the complete text of online journals. Users can search the complete text or search for/browse through journal titles.
