Legal Items on SSRN

The following are legal-related working papers or journal article eprints posted on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN). The aim of the network is to promote the early and rapid dissemination of social science research results. Interested authors can read more on how to submit a paper to SSRN. In addition, many academic libraries have designed specific submission forms to make it easier for faculty to post their research (see, e.g., this FAQ from Georgetown Law).
