CFP/New Issues of Intervention, RSQ, Refugee Watch

CFP:

Forced Migration Review (FMR) is seeking article submissions for its feature section on "Technology and Communications." The deadline is 1 April 2011. The issue, no. 38, will be published in September 2011.
