New Issue of IJRL

The latest issue of the International Journal of Refugee Law (IJRL) is now available. Contents for vol. 23, no. 4 (Dec. 2011) include:

Reproduced in this issue are several cases and the summary conclusions from two conferences: Expert Meeting on Complementarities between International Refugee Law, International Criminal Law and International Human Rights Law: Arusha, Tanzania, 11-13 April 2011 and Global Roundtable on Alternatives to Detention of Asylum-Seekers, Refugees, Migrants and Stateless Persons: Geneva, Switzerland, 11-12 May 2011. The latter are each preceded by an introductory note.

A positive review of The 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and its 1967 Protocol: A Commentary (Oxford University Press, 2011) is also included.
