The Asylumist blog just reported on the publication of a new novel called Five Grounds. It's written by Scott Rempell, a former immigration lawyer in the U.S. and now a professor at South Texas College of Law. It tells the stories of three different asylum-seekers, the journeys they undertake to leave their countries, and their experiences with the U.S. asylum system.
