- Theme is "Refugees, Returnees and Internally Displaced Persons: Towards Durable Solutions to Forced Displacement in Africa." In advance of the summit, meetings will be held by the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (15-16 Jan. 2019) and the Executive Council (7-8 Feb. 2019).
