FYI:
I noticed recently that the UNHCR web site has removed the menu option for "Resources & Publications," which was formerly under "About Us." It still appears as an option on the "About Us" page and is still listed in some of the drop-down menus, but when you try to follow the link, it leads to a "Document Not Found" page. I have emailed UNHCR for more information.
