- This year's theme is “Protection Challenges during Pandemics.” The structure will be slightly different: "From October to December, UNHCR will host a series of four virtual sessions and one hybrid in-person/virtual session related to the theme of the Dialogue, drawing upon" the topics outlined in the concept note.
