Regional Focus: United States - Pt. 2 (Keeping Up)

Keeping up with the latest US developments is pretty challenging right now. Many other resources with specific remits to cover the latest news are much more comprehensive than my blog can ever be. And a number of new resources have been launched to help track policy and litigation developments. Here is a partial list you might find useful:

AILA's Daily Immigration News Clips [access]
- "Aggregated local and national media coverage of major immigration law news stories being discussed throughout the U.S."

Americas Migration Brief [access]
- Weekly summary of "news and analysis related to migration from across the Americas and Caribbean."

Immigration Policy Tracking Project [access]
- "Compiles and indexes all identifiable Trump 1.0 and 2.0 immigration policies with key source documents and continually updates each entry to show its current status."

ImmigrationProf Blog [access]
- Shares news, information and resources on a daily basis.

Just Security's Litigation Tracker: Legal Challenges to Trump Administration Actions [access]
- Select "Immigration and Citizenship" in the topic drop-down menu for updates.

Lexis Nexis Immigration News [access]
- The most recent postings are freely available, but accessing older postings requires a subscription.

Tracking Notable Executive Branch Action during the Second Trump Administration [access]
- "This page tracks select changes to immigration-related regulations and policy that have been proposed or promulgated by the second Trump Administration. AILA is analyzing these orders and other executive actions to provide guidance and share analysis with AILA members."

WOLA Border Update [access]
- Weekly updates on "developments in border policies, security measures, and immigration reforms" relating to the US/Mexico border.
