Tip of the Week! JournalTOCs

JournalTOCs is a very useful current awareness service for learning about journals and recently published journal articles.  You can use it in two ways:

First, to identify journals of interest, either by browsing through titles listed by publisher or subject, or by searching on title keywords.  Once you've located a journal, you can take a look at its contents (articles will either be from the most recent issue OR advance access).  You can also register with the service for free, and have the TOCs of up to 30 journals sent to you when they become available. Or you can subscribe to a journal's RSS feed.

Second, to search for articles by keyword.  Keep in mind that just the most recent contents are retained so search results are by definition current.  This is not the place to go to locate older journal articles or for historical research!
