The latest edition of Human Rights Watch's annual human rights survey, World Report 2025: Events of 2024, was launched yesterday (16 Jan. 2024). It provides a summary of the human rights situations in over 100 countries and territories around the world. The press release is here; the keynote essay is entitled "2024: A Year of Reckoning."
