The International Association of Refugee Law Judges (IARLJ) held its 8th World Conference in Cape Town, 28-30 January 2009. The theme was "Where to now: Charting the future course of international protection."
Papers from the following Working Parties are now available on the IARLJ web site:
- Expert evidence
- Vulnerable persons
- Country of origin and country guidance
- The 1951 Convention and subsidiary protection
- Human rights nexus
- Membership in a particular social group
- Asylum procedures
