New Refugee Law Research & Activities in Australia

The University of New South Wales' Faculty of Law has a new "Refugee Law and Policy Group". Visit the web site for profiles of the research and teaching activities of the group's affiliated academics and visiting fellows and more information on their publications.

Some of the group's international refugee law experts will be serving on an upcoming panel discussion at UNSW on "The Asylum Debate" (21 September 2010). The meeting will be followed by an official launch of Jane McAdam's new book, Climate Change and Displacement: Multidisciplinary Perspectives (Hart Publishing, Sept. 2010). A subsequent seminar will be held at the Australian National University's Centre for European Studies on "The Limits of Refugee Law - A European Perspective" (29 September 2010).
