- A newly-launched "global application support programme for prospective students who have been affected by displacement, e.g., as refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs, and stateless, among other categories. ...[It] is designed for students who have completed (or will soon complete) a bachelor’s degree and are interested in submitting applications for master's or PhD degrees that are set to begin in late 2024 at the University of Oxford and at other universities across the world."
