- In honor of Arthur Helton, the American Society of International Law (ASIL) established a program to award small grants to “to law students and young professionals for the pursuit of fieldwork and research on significant issues involving international law, human rights, humanitarian affairs, and related areas.” Applications for 2006 fellowships are due by 15 February 2006.
