Two review reports were recently issued. The first is from ALNAP and looks at humanitarian action in 2004. It includes an overview of findings, and chapters on “Institutional capacity building amid humanitarian action,” “Lessons learned: the Darfur experience,” and “Meta-evaluation.” The second is ECRE's Country Report, which "contains reports on major policy and legal developments in 2004, along with statistics on asylum applications, for 27 European countries."
