- The theme is "Forced Migration: Human Rights Challenges." Abstracts are due by 1 December 2010.

World Conference on Humanitarian Studies, Medford, MA, 2-5 June 2011 [info]
- The theme is "Changing Realities of Conflict and Crisis." Panel proposals will be accepted until 1 December 2010.

Third Biennial Conference of the Asian Society of International Law, Beijing, 27-28 August 2011 [info]
- The theme is "Asia & International Law : A New Era." Papers welcome on "Migration and Dislocation: Refugees, Migrant Workers, Internally Displaced Persons." Submit abstracts by 1 December 2010.

Annual Winter Course on Forced Migration, Kolkata, 1-15 December 2010 [info]
- The course "discusses the root causes for migrations/displacements (both internal and cross-boundary), and issues such as racism, immigration and xenophobia in the context of displacements thus fall within its purview and are discussed in some details."

- The "new edition both updates the original material and introduces new topics, such as the security dimensions of 'remote management' programming, good practice in interagency security coordination and how to track, share and analyse security information."

- The theme is "Protection Gaps and Responses."
