The March 2011 issue of the Fahamu Refugee Legal Aid Newsletter is now available. The lead article is "New Mexican Legislation on Refugees and Complementary Protection." Also included is "'Without LISTSERV she would have been sent home': Justice for a refugee thanks to global networking," which describes the role SRLAN plays in assisting legal aid providers with their asylum cases.Readers can view newsletter issues not only on SRLAN's web site, but also via the new companion blog that was just launched. The newsletter has a Facebook page as well, which posts announcements of new issues and training/educational opportunities.
