Thematic Focus: U.S. Resettlement

Yesterday, the U.S. State Department announced that the administration is proposing a FY 2020 refugee admissions cap of 18,000 to Congress, down from 30,000 last year. The Secretaries of State and Health and Human Services have 90 days to implement a process that achieves this objective. See this Vox article and Immigration Impact blog post for more details.
