The second phase of an evaluation of the Cluster Approach towards humanitarian assistance has now been completed. (The first phase of the evaluation was undertaken in 2007 by ODI.) The synthesis report presents conclusions and lessons learned. Findings from field visits and country-specific recommendations are provided in six reports for Chad, DRC, Haiti, Myanmar, OPT and Uganda.More information about the project is available from the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPI) and the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC).
