The 65th Session of the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner's Programme (EXCOM) ended on 3 October 2014. This year's meeting opened with a High-level Segment on Enhancing International Cooperation, Solidarity, Local Capacities and Humanitarian Action for Refugees in Africa.
