SAGE Journals is currently providing complimentary access to all of its journal content. I have not seen an official announcement about this, so I don't know when this "free" window will end - take advantage while you can!
Use the advanced search form to locate specific studies. For example, I searched on "refugees" in the title field and limited the date range to 2018; this search produced 91 hits.

Browse through the latest (and currently freely available) IMR articles here. JMHS began as an Open Access journal and apparently will remain so.
