- This book is a product of the Central European Professors’ Network's research on "Migration and Central Europe," which focused on "the interpretation of the UN Refugee Convention; the examination of EU and Member States' competences; the role and jurisprudence of national constitutional courts; and the related jurisprudence of the Council of Europe, including the ECtHR, from a Central European perspective, and its further development.
