New report:
The Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration in the UK has issued a report on country of origin information. Specifically, the inspection "examined the efficiency and effectiveness of the Home Office functions that produce and use COI, specifically how COI products are commissioned, developed and disseminated, and how they are used within the asylum process." Seven recommendations were made. Follow this link for the report and the Home Office's response. See also a related Free Movement blog post.
