Thematic Focus: Law/Policy Items

News/opportunity:

The draft of a book entitled The Arc of Protection: Toward a New International Refugee Regime has been posted on Public Seminar. The authors, Alex Aleinikoff and Leah Zamore, "welcome a discussion of the issues, including criticisms and corrections now–before it goes between hard covers." The chapters are presented individually, and comments from readers can be found/added at the bottom of each web page.
