I just started following your blog and think it is a great source of information and reports on migration. Another report that your readers might be interested in is Appleseed's “Children at the Border: The Screening, Protection and Repatriation of Unaccompanied Mexican Minors” [http://bit.ly/mxuacs]. It documents the U.S.’s failure to properly screen unaccompanied minors at the border under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA).

Hi Christina, thanks for your comment and for letting me know about your report. I actually included a link to it already in an earlier post; see http://fm-cab.blogspot.com/2011/04/recent-resources-focusing-on-children.html. I think I found out about it from the ImmigrationProf Blog at http://lawprofessors.typepad.com/immigration/; they are a good resource for U.S. immigration issues in particular.
