As reported on Refworld's Statelessness feature page, Paraguay is the most recent accession to the 1961 Statelessness Convention. This updated map of "States Parties to the Statelessness Conventions" (as of 25 June 2012) provides the most current status of signatories.
In addition, UNHCR has prepared two compilations, one for state pledges made at the Ministerial Meeting in December last year, and the other for the summary conclusions of UNHCR expert meetings (three of which focused on statelessness issues).
