The Sixth Colloquium on Challenges in International Refugee Law met 22-24 March 2013 at the University of Michigan to discuss the "exclusion of 'terrorists' and other persons suspected of international criminality from Convention refugee status." The outcome of the debate was the Michigan Guidelines on the Exclusion of International Criminals.
(HT to the Free Movement Blog for alerting its readers to the availability of these Guidelines.)
