The Refugee Studies Centre (RSC), Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), and Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)/Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC) collaborated on a research project designed to "to assist policy makers in unlocking conditions of protracted displacement, the scale and dimensions of which demand an urgent global response."
