- Clarification (5 Feb. 2015): Apparently, an initial version of this advance access article was erroneously published with an "open access" license. A second version, which is behind a paywall, was subsequently posted. However, in the interest of transparency, the publisher is continuing to make the first version available, at least (I imagine) until the journal issue in which this article appears is officially published.
- Update (25 Feb. 2015): This article continued to be designated as open access when the published RSQ issue became available. The link above now goes to the final version rather than the advance access version.
- Update (16 April 2015): In the end, the article was *not* designated open access, although the initial version is still labeled as such and is still available online! The links above and the article reference have been changed accordingly.
