The International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA) has just circulated via email a publication entitled "Who Wants to be the Next UN High Commissioner for Refugees?" which includes the responses to five questions that ICVA received from the four following candidates for the job (it's not clear how many have actually applied):Filippo Grandi (Italy)
Sania Nishtar (Pakistan)
Helle Thorning-Schmidt (Denmark)
Jasmine Whitbread (UK/Switzerland)
